An idle game about running a managed service provider.

You start the way every MSP starts: one person, one queue, and a password reset. Close the ticket. Close another. Eventually hire someone to close them for you, buy the tools that make them faster, and get far enough that the whole thing runs without you — then sell it and do it again, quicker.

The loop

One currency, one verb. A closed ticket earns revenue, revenue buys staff, staff close tickets while you're away. Eight tiers from Help Desk Tech up to a second branch office, nineteen upgrades that are the actual tools of the trade — RMM, PSA, SIEM, SOC 2, AI triage — and a click that's deliberately worth more than payroll for the first hour, because at that size it should be.

Then it gets complicated

  • Escalated tickets surface at random and pay out if you catch them in time
  • Technical debt accrues on its own, drags your income while it sits there, and hands back more than it took when you finally pay it down
  • A training budget grows on a wall clock — one credit every six hours, whether the tab is open or not
  • A contracts market, unlocked by your vCIO, because of course the vCIO wanted a P&L
  • Incident mode: declare a major incident for more money, faster debt, and escalations that punish you for missing them
  • Twelve named clients and eight reputation upgrades that survive selling the company

Thirty-four achievements. First exit lands around 90 minutes.

A note on saves

Your progress is stored in your browser. Because itch runs games in a frame, some browsers restrict that storage — so there's a way out: Options → Download .txt, and paste it back any time. Worth doing before you close the tab.
